  High-class vacation

  I have no words to describe the amazing service experience at the hotel. From the very first moment, I felt at home thanks to sweet and smiling Facs, the front desk staff member, who took care of every detail with grace and humility from start to finish. I must give special praise to the amazing Facs and Bank – thank you both so much for everything. And also to the lovely Wut who works at the bar in the restaurant – so friendly, sweet, and incredibly attentive. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, the rooms are cozy, super clean, and very comfortable. I absolutely loved the hotel’s design and enjoyed every single moment. I wholeheartedly recommend it – totally worth the price and even the distance from the center, because the area itself is simply stunning, right in the heart of the jungle.

  Everything was good except the restaurant, waiting 15/20 minutes for coffee at breakfast & more than 30 minutes for egg

  Everything was good except the restaurant, waiting 15/20 minutes for coffee at breakfast & more than 30 minutes for an omelet. But the people were nice!!! Also in the restaurant!

  Great architecture! Perfect stay!

  Perfect stay in a nice room with great bed. The architecture of the hotel is very nice, did a lot of pictures! Infinity pool with nature around and seaview and the rocks.
